The ring centers a GIA certified Natural Saltwater Pearl.Surrounding the pearl is a halo of 10 old mine cut diamonds set in a silver-topped 18-karat yellow gold setting. The diamonds combine for approximately 0.80 carats. The ring is currently size7and can be resized!
